Access Code. With the Access Code chosen by Client, DEGIRO grants Client access to the Personal Page in WebTrader. Client needs to carefully keep the Access Code secret. Client can at any moment replace the existing password with another password as chosen by Client. It is the responsibility of Client to immediately change the password at any moment that Client suspects that the existing password is no longer secret. At the request of Client, DEGIRO can temporarily block the access to the Personal Page.

To re-establish access you will need to use the First Time Login button labeled "First Time User." Do not give out your account information, Password, or Log-in Identification; Do not leave your PC unattended while you are in the Bank's Online Banking Site; Never leave your account information within the range of others; Do not send privileged account information (account number, Password, Social Security Number, etc.) in any public or general email system. Do not us common names for passwords that others may be able to guess such as your birth date, mother's maiden name, or Social Security number. University acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible for any activities performed by any individual whom it provides the Access Code, including anyone under University’s control, any affiliate or third-party. University agrees to notify Provider in writing immediately if it wishes to deactivate or disable any Access Codes, or revoke the access to the services of any Authorized User. University shall indemnify Provider against any losses, damage or disruption (i.e., “hacking”) to Provider systems, Website, or business caused by any individual whom it provides the Access Code.

b) All Guests and all minors have registered with the Host, pursuant to paragraph two (2) of this contract; and
c) All fees and deposits have been paid in full to the Host in accordance with paragraphs three (3) and four (4) of this Contract. The Host may cancel the Reservation at its discretion if the criteria of this paragraph five (5) have not been completed by the Guests, and all monies paid to the Guests will be forfeited to the Host.
