Access for Inspection. The Concessionaire shall be obliged to extend all co-operation to Experts appointed by the Concessioning Authority for purposes of verifying that the Project/the Project Facilities and Services are operated and maintained in compliance with the Performance Standards and adhere to the Operations and Maintenance Standards and Safety Standards. Such verification shall be made annually. Additionally, the Concessionaire shall upon prior intimation by the Concessioning Authority provide the authorized representatives of the Concessioning Authority access to the Port’s Assets/the Project Facilities and Services for inspection and review of operations and also to ascertain compliance with any of the requirements under this Agreement. Without prejudice to the generality of this provision, it is agreed that the Concessionaire shall in particular extend all co-operation and information required by the Experts appointed by the Concessioning Authority for conducting a safety audit and verifying that the Project/Project Facilities and Services are in strict compliance with the Safety Standards.
Access for Inspection. The District shall permit the Assignee, its agents, or any experts designated by the Assignee to have full access to the Leased Property during reasonable business hours for purposes of such independent investigation of compliance with all Applicable Environmental Laws, provided that the Assignee has no obligation to do so, or any liability for any failure to do so, or any liability should it do so.
Access for Inspection. City and City’s agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times, upon not less than twenty-four (24) hours prior notice to Lessee or less in case of an emergency), for the purpose of inspecting same, showing same to prospective purchasers, lenders, lessees or others, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises as City may deem necessary. City may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary “For Sale” signs and City may at any time during the last one hundred twenty (120) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary “For Lease” signs, all without rebate of rent or liability to Lessee.
Access for Inspection. The Town will permit the Assignee, its agents, or any experts designated by the Assignee to have full access to the Property during reasonable business hours for purposes of such independent investigation of compliance with all Applicable En- vironmental Laws, provided that the Assignee has no obligation to do so, or any liability for any failure to do so, or any liability should it do so.
Access for Inspection. An employee shall be granted a reasonable amount of time in without-loss-of-straight-time pay status to review his/her personnel file(s). When granting such requests, the Employer shall take into account the frequency of such requests and the amount of time the employee is or will be engaged in such activity. A Laboratory representative may accompany the employee when the employee is reviewing his/her personnel file(s). Alternatively, an individual may authorize a Union representative to receive a copy of the employee’s personnel file(s) or identified portions thereof on the employee’s behalf. Such written authorization shall be valid for up to ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the signature of the authorization, or within a written time limit specified by the employee, whichever is later. When they are requested, copies will be provided within two (2) working days of the request.
Access for Inspection. Licensees will permit Licensor and its authorized representatives access to Licensees’ operating facilities during normal business hours upon Licensor providing a Licensee with two (2) Business Days prior written notice of its request for such access, for the purpose of inspecting the Diagnostics Business operated in association with the MDS Marks and full disclosure of all uses of the MDS Marks by such Licensee. Licensees shall provide samples of all proposed uses of the MDS Marks including with any trade-marks of Licensees, in each case together with reasonable details as to the proposed usage, and shall not use the MDS Marks in any advertising, promotional or other materials, including without limitation in any press release, prepared by or on behalf of a Licensee after the date hereof, without the prior written approval of Licensor, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval or non-approval shall be given within three (3) Business Days of a request for approval having been made.
Access for Inspection. The Contractor is to provide at all times during the progress of the works and the maintenance period proper means of access, ladders, gangways etc. and the necessary attendants to move and adapt the same as directed for the inspection or measurement of the works by the Bank/ Architect/Consultant/Bank or their representatives.
Access for Inspection. The Licensee shall at all times permit the Trustees, the Construction Administrator, the Construction Inspector and the Project Manager to visit and inspect the Work and the shops where Work is in preparation and shall maintain proper facilities and provide safe access for such inspection. Work requiring testing, inspection or verification shall not be covered up without such test, inspection, or approval. The Licensee shall notify the Construction Inspector in writing at least one (1) Working Day before the Construction Inspector is required to inspect the Work. For a Project with part-time inspection, a minimum of two (2) Working Days written notification by the Licensee to the Construction Inspector is required before the Construction Inspector is required to inspect the Work.
Access for Inspection a. The Concessioning Authority at its cost will appoint an Independent Engineer to access the cost of the assets to be created, compliance etc. during the agreement period.
Access for Inspection. 10.1 The ICP or the Authority shall grant access to inspect the Street Lighting Works to Electricity North West at all reasonable times and the ICP shall provide any plant or equipment reasonably required to carry out such inspections together with all safety measures and safety equipment necessary in connection with such inspections. If after inspecting, examining, or testing the Street Lighting Works Electricity North West decides that the Street Lighting Works or any part thereof is defective or not in accordance with the Specification, Electricity North West may reject it or part thereof and give notice of such rejection to the ICP within a reasonable time, stating the grounds of the rejection in reasonable detail. Upon receipt of such notice of rejection from Electricity North West, the ICP shall repair, replace or procure such Street Lighting Works, failing which Electricity North West may repair or replace such Street Lighting Works and the ICP shall indemnify Electricity North West in respect of any costs or losses occasioned by Electricity North West in doing so, payable on demand.
