Access for Union Representatives. (a) The Business Representative of the Union shall have reasonable access to the Employer’s establishment during working hours. (b) In the exercise of the rights granted to the Union in this Article, the Union agrees that any visits will be arranged with the Employer in advance, and will be scheduled at such time so as not to interfere with work being performed by Employees or the efficiency of operations.
