Access Points. The City and Property Owner agree that the full turn movement intersection ingress and egress to and from the Property along SW 12th Street will be limited to two access points in the locations shown at approximately the quarter mile and the half mile (W. Pleasant Hill Road) on Exhibit “H-1” attached hereto. Neither access point is located fully upon the Property.
