Common use of Access to Accountants Clause in Contracts

Access to Accountants. Borrower authorizes Agent to discuss the --------------------- financial condition and financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries with Borrower's or any of its Subsidiaries' independent public accountants upon reasonable notice to Borrower of its intention to do so and authorizes such accountants to respond to all of Agent's inquiries.

Access to Accountants. Each Borrower hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to discuss the --------------------- financial condition and financial statements of such Borrower and its Subsidiaries with such Borrower's or any of its Subsidiaries' ’s independent public accountants upon reasonable notice notification to such Borrower of its the Administrative Agent’s intention to do so and authorizes so. Each Borrower shall be given the reasonable opportunity to participate in any such accountants to respond to all of Agent's inquiriesdiscussion.
