Common use of Access to Electronic Mail Clause in Contracts

Access to Electronic Mail. Bulletin Boards‌ Association members may use the Employer’s electronic mail and/or electronic bulletin board(s) when the use of that equipment is of mutual benefit to both the Employer and the Union. The intent of this Section is that the access and use of this system be done during non-work/non-paid time. There are no expectations that the Employer will provide any additional equipment for access specifically for the furtherance of this Article.
