Access to Information Technology. No later than the first date of employment, Employees will be provided with login credentials to access Western Michigan University information and instructional systems appropriate to their role and subject to such rules & regulations of WMU.

Access to Information Technology. (a) Jazz Pharmaceuticals may provide ESSDS with access to the Jazz Pharmaceuticals network, system, and/or a specific application, as Jazz Pharmaceuticals may decide in its sole discretion (the “Information Technology”) for use under this Agreement. This Information Technology will be used solely for purposes of, and in connection with, the Services provided under this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever. Access to such Information Technology will be strictly limited to those ESSDS, employees, and permitted subcontractors (the “IT Access Recipients”) who are required to use such Information Technology for the performance of the Services. The Information Technology may not be copied, modified or distributed, or provided to or used by any third party. ESSDS will be liable for any unauthorized use of Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ Information Technology by any IT Access Recipients.

ESSDS will be liable for any unauthorized use of Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ Information Technology by any IT Access Recipients. Pharmacy Master Services Agreement (b) ESSDS will notify Jazz Pharmaceuticals within forty eight (48) hours in the event that any IT Access Recipient has terminated its relationship with ESSDS, including but not limited to (i) ESSDS employees that have left employment with the ESSDS for any reason whatsoever; and (ii) ESSDS agents or contractors that are no longer under contractual obligations with ESSDS relating to the Services provided hereunder.
Access to Information Technology. Tenant shall have electronic access to Landlord's database information for Sites which are the subject of this Agreement for the following items: (i) the tracking of the Site Approval and Construction Process identified in this Section 3 (currently part of the database known as the Project Tracking System); and (ii) the utilization of Sites by providers of wireless services, including leasing, licensing and other collocation information (currently part of the database known as the Executive Information System). The access to information technology described herein constitutes a license to Tenant terminable at will by Landlord upon notice to Tenant upon termination of this Agreement and does not convey to Tenant any title or other proprietary rights whatsoever in the information or any other property related thereto. To the extent that Tenant is granted access to information which is subject to an obligation of non-disclosure to a third party, Tenant agrees that it shall keep such information confidential and not publicly disclose such information (except to the extent such information is otherwise made publicly available, disclosed to Tenant by such third party, or Tenant is required to disclose pursuant to court order, rule or regulation of governmental authority or other judicial, administrative or regulatory process).

  • Access to Information Such Purchaser acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review the Transaction Documents (including all exhibits and schedules thereto) and the SEC Reports and has been afforded, (i) the opportunity to ask such questions as it has deemed necessary of, and to receive answers from, representatives of the Company concerning the terms and conditions of the offering of the Securities and the merits and risks of investing in the Securities; (ii) access to information about the Company and its financial condition, results of operations, business, properties, management and prospects sufficient to enable it to evaluate its investment; and (iii) the opportunity to obtain such additional information that the Company possesses or can acquire without unreasonable effort or expense that is necessary to make an informed investment decision with respect to the investment. Such Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that neither the Placement Agent nor any Affiliate of the Placement Agent has provided such Purchaser with any information or advice with respect to the Securities nor is such information or advice necessary or desired. Neither the Placement Agent nor any Affiliate has made or makes any representation as to the Company or the quality of the Securities and the Placement Agent and any Affiliate may have acquired non-public information with respect to the Company which such Purchaser agrees need not be provided to it. In connection with the issuance of the Securities to such Purchaser, neither the Placement Agent nor any of its Affiliates has acted as a financial advisor or fiduciary to such Purchaser.

  • Information Technology The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.
