Common use of Access to Personnel Clause in Contracts

Access to Personnel. When this Agreement or a Service terminates for whatever reason, Supplier will provide Buyer or its designee for a period of three months with reasonable access to personnel and information relating to the provision of the discontinued Service(s) in order to facilitate the future performance by Buyer of such Service(s); provided that nothing in the foregoing will require Supplier to maintain or retain any particular personnel, systems, software or data and the access granted hereunder will be to such resources that Supplier retains in its ordinary course of business.
