Common use of Access to Properties Clause in Contracts

Access to Properties. Subject to the rights of Tenants under Leases, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender and the Servicer to inspect the Properties or any portion thereof, and/or the books and records of Borrower, at such reasonable times as may be requested by Lender upon reasonable advance notice.
