Common use of Access to Sites of Project Performance Clause in Contracts

Access to Sites of Project Performance. The Recipient agrees to permit, and to require its Third Party Participants to permit Federal awarding agencies, specifically FTA, to make site visits as needed in compliance with: (1) U.S. DOT regulations, “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments,” 49 C.F.R. § 18.40(e), or (2) U.S. DOT regulations, “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations,” 49 C.F.R. § 19.51(g), and
