ACCESS TO STATE DATA. The State may import or export State Materials in part or in whole at its sole discretion at any time (24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year), during the term of this Contract or for up to [threethree (3) months] after the Term (so long as the State Materials remain in the Contractor’s possession) without interference from the Contractor in a format usable without the Service and in an agreed-upon file format and medium at no additional cost to the State. 3.2.1. The Contractor must allow the State access to information such as system logs and latency statistics that affect its State Materials and or processes.
