ACCESS TO THE. ACCOMMODATIONS
1. The Resident agrees that the assigned accommodations including furniture, furnishings, and associated equipment remain the property of Memorial University and must not be altered or removed from their assigned accommodations.
2. The Resident agrees that authorized university staff and/or external contractors have the right to enter, in accordance with the Procedures for Entering Residence Rooms/Apartments, any residence, apartment, or room in order to conduct regular inspections, make necessary repairs, and verify compliance with this Agreement, the Student Residences Regulations, Memorial University’s Student Code of Conduct, and local laws.
3. Memorial University agrees to provide the Resident with the necessary key(s)/card(s) for access to the assigned accommodations, including building, room, and related common areas.
4. The Resident accepts responsibility for the care and control of all assigned key(s)/card(s).
5. The Resident agrees only to use the key(s)/card(s) for purposes for which they were provided.
6. The Resident agrees to neither loan nor otherwise give permission of the key(s)/card(s) to another individual.
7. The Resident agrees to neither alter nor permit the alteration of the key(s)/card(s).
8. The Resident agrees to neither copy nor permit the copying of the key(s)/card(s).
9. The Resident agrees to inform Student Residences, as soon as possible, if the assigned key(s)/card(s) do not function properly, or are lost.
10. The Resident agrees to return assigned key(s) and any temporary access cards to the University when checking out of the accommodations.
11. The Resident agrees not to access any area for which they do not have assigned access.
ACCESS TO THE. ACCOMMODATIONS
1. The Learner agrees that the landlord, university staff, and/or external contractors who have been authorized by the landlord, have the right to enter the accommodations, in accordance with Section 8 (1) 5.
ACCESS TO THE. Virtual Server is limited to You and anyone authorized by You. You acknowledge and consent that Fxhoster may require limited access to your Virtual Server as and when necessary without further notice to you.

ACCESS TO THE. AMICO Library™ by Distributor’s Staff. AMICO agrees that employees of the Distributor, including contractors retained by the Distributor, shall, during the term of this agreement, have access to The AMICO Library™ as needed for the purposes of maintaining a Distribution System for The AMICO Library™ and serving Licensees thereto, including the right to demonstrate the AMICO Library to potential subscribers as needed for promotion of The AMICO Library™ Distribution Service. Distributor’s staff, including contractors, shall have no other rights with respect to The AMICO Library™ unless they are also Licensed Users under an approved AMICO License.
ACCESS TO THE. Bitbon System Account
1. The One Space service provides the User with access to the Account through its functionality.
2. The operation of the Account as well as its use are regulated by the Appendix

6. The Resident agrees to neither loan nor otherwise give possession of the key(s)/card(s) to another individual.

8. The Resident agrees to neither copy nor permit the copying of the key(s)/card(s).
9. The Resident agrees to inform Signal Hill Campus Business Office, as soon as possible, if the assigned key(s)/card(s) do not function properly, or are lost.
10. The Resident agrees to return the key(s)/card(s) to Signal Hill Campus Business Office when checking out of the accommodations.
11. The Resident agrees not to access any area of Signal Hill Campus Accommodations that their assigned key(s)/card does not grant them access or to access any area of Signal Hill Campus not open to the public.
ACCESS TO THE. Digital Product. The District’s authorized users will need valid usernames and passwords to access the Digital Products. The District is responsible for the integrity and security of these usernames and passwords. The District will advise Curriculum Associates immediately if any of the District’s usernames and/or passwords have been compromised. Curriculum Associates will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Digital Products available to the District 24 hours a day, except for: (a) planned downtime, of which Curriculum Associates will give the District reasonable notice where possible and which Curriculum Associates shall use reasonable efforts to schedule during the hours from 5:00 p.m. Eastern time to 7:00 a.m. Eastern time; or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Curriculum Associates’ reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems or Internet service provider failures or delays.
ACCESS TO THE. Buyer App and if someone else owns the device you are using
4.1 The Buyer App may only be downloaded, installed, accessed or used on a device owned or controlled by you and running the relevant operating system for which the Buyer App concerned was designed, so you must make sure you have a compatible device which meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to download and use the Buyer App. We recommend that you back up any content and data used in connection with the Buyer App to protect yourself in case of problems with the Buyer App. The Buyer App has not been developed to meet your individual requirements. Please check that the functions of the Buyer App meet your requirements.
4.2 You, any of your personnel and other individual users (whether Authorised Users or otherwise) who use this Buyer App on your behalf will be assumed to have obtained permission from the owner of any device that is controlled, but not owned, by you to download the Buyer App to that device. You accept responsibility, in accordance with this Agreement, for all access to, and use of, the Buyer App by you, your personnel and other individual users (whether Authorised Users or otherwise) on any device and for complying with this Agreement, whether or not the device is owned by you.
4.3 You acknowledge that the mobile service provider for the device to which you download or on which you access or use the Buyer App, may charge for internet access (including mobile data usage) on that device.
4.4 We may, from time to time, restrict access to certain features, functions or content of, or the REKKI Services accessible through, the Buyer App. You must be registered to access or use the Buyer App and the REKKI Services and you will be required to provide information or material about your entity and business as part of the registration process, including your payment method and/or payment card details (unless you have been invited as a Buyer to join REKKI by an existing Supplier). You must ensure that any registration details and information that you provide, whether during the registration process or thereafter throughout the continuation of your use of the Buyer App, are complete, accurate and kept up-to-date. You agree to maintain and promptly amend all such details and information to keep it true, complete, current and accurate.
