ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. Following ratification and approval by the parties, the University shall publish the agreement on a designated website.
ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. The Employer will ensure that a copy of this Agreement and the NES are readily accessible to all Employees.
ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. A. A copy of any ratified and approved new Collective Bargaining Agreement or of any ratified and approved amendments(s) to an existing Agreement shall be posted on the District’s website under the Department of Labor Relations as soon as possible, but not later than forty-five (45) days of the signing of the ratified and approved Agreement or amendment(s) thereto. Administrators/supervisors will be requested to post notices to inform employees covered by this Agreement where the Agreement and/or amendment(s) thereto can be located on the District’s website.

ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT. The Employer must ensure that copies of this Agreement are available to all Employees to whom it applies either on a noticeboard which is conveniently located at or near the workplace or through electronic means, whichever makes them more accessible.
