Access to the Improvements. The Board agrees that the Trustee and any Trustee Representative, and the Trustee’s successors or assigns, shall have the right at all reasonable times to examine and inspect the Improvements. The Board further agrees that the Trustee, any such Representative, and the Trustee’s successors or assigns shall have such rights of access to the Improvements as may be reasonably necessary to cause the proper maintenance of the Improvements in the event of failure by the Board to perform its obligations hereunder.
