Access to Work in Progress. A. To the extent necessary to implement this Article, Contractor shall pass through the provisions hereof into all subcontracts with suppliers of critical path items.
Access to Work in Progress. A. This Article shall be subject to applicable laws and regulations relating to disclosure and use of technical information and information to which Inmarsat has access under this Article shall be subject to the provisions of Article 13 hereof, entitled Inmarsat’s Rights in Intellectual Property, and Article 37 hereof, entitled Confidentiality.
Access to Work in Progress. (A) Subject to applicable government regulations, Contractor shall afford Purchaser access to all WIP, including without limitation Technical Data and information, test data, documentation (not containing cost information), testing and hardware, being performed at Contractor’s facilities pursuant to this Contract during the period of Contract performance as set forth in section 1.5 of Exhibit A, provided that such access does not unreasonably interfere with such WIP or any other work.
Access to Work in Progress. A. Globalstar shall have the right, at all reasonable times during the performance of this Agreement, and at Globalstar’s sole expense, to monitor the Work in progress at the plants of Ericsson, provided that Globalstar gives reasonable notice to Ericsson. Visits shall be on a non-interfering basis subject to Ericsson’s standard security and confidentiality procedures.
Access to Work in Progress. 10.1 Work in Progress at Contractor's Plant. For the purpose of observing the quality of the Contractor's performance of work, a pre-agreed limited number of the Purchaser's personnel (including its consultants who must be approved in advance by the Contractor) shall be allowed to observe, on a non-interference basis, work being performed at the subsystem level and above for the Satellites, at the Contractor's plant. Such observation shall occur during normal working hours that are reasonable under the circumstances. The Contractor shall provide office space and access to telephone, copy and fax machine services for the Purchaser's personnel, not to exceed four (4), at the Contractor's facility.
Access to Work in Progress. 8.1. Work in Progress at Contractor's Plant. -------------------------------------- For the purpose of observing the quality and progress of Contractor's performance of work, a limited number of Purchaser's personnel and consultants shall be allowed to observe work being performed at the system level and above for the Satellites and other Deliverable Items at Contractor's plant. Such observation shall occur during normal working hours and during other hours that are reasonable under the circumstances. For purposes of scheduling meetings and program reviews between Purchaser's and Contractor's personnel, Purchaser shall coordinate with Contractor reasonably in advance of such meetings or program reviews.
Access to Work in Progress. 15.1 Work-in-Progress at Boeing’s Facility The Customer’s access to Work under this Article shall be subject to Articles 6 (Compliance with Laws and Directives), 21 (Rights in Data) and 23 (Proprietary Information), compliance with Boeing’s normal and customary safety and security regulations and practices, and the protection of third party proprietary information. Boeing shall provide Customer personnel (and Customer’s duly appointed consultants, designees, and agents, hereinafter referred to collectively as “Customer Representatives” and as allowed in accordance with the terms of Article 15.4 (Customer Representatives) below) access to all Work being performed at Boeing’s facility (at the subsystem level and above) for the Satellite and other Deliverable Items for the purpose THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT. of observing the progress of such Work and for such other activities as contained in the Statement of Work, and Exhibit B5 (Ground Products Technical Specification and Test Plan) for the DSS Software and as applicable, the SCIP Software and Exhibit H (Ground Control Equipment Upgrade) for the GCE, and Exhibit B5 (SCIP Software Specification) for the SCIP Software (as applicable). All access to Work must have been previously reasonably coordinated with the Boeing program manager or other person designated by Boeing. Such access shall be allowed upon reasonable prior written notice to Boeing and shall occur during normal working hours or at such other hours as Work is being performed at Boeing’s facility.
Access to Work in Progress. 3.1 Subject to Article 1 and in compliance with Seller’s normal and customary safety and security regulations and practices, and the protection of third party proprietary information, Seller agrees to enable Buyer and Xxxxx’s Customer personnel and Customer’s Consultants access to all Work at the major subsystem level or higher being performed at Seller’s or Subcontractors’ facilities where Seller's obligations under this Contract are being performed for the purpose of observing the progress of the Work. Such access shall be allowed upon reasonable prior written notice to Seller during the period of this Contract. Seller shall allow Xxxxx and Xxxxx’s Customer's personnel and Customer’s Consultants, access to Work being performed with respect to such Satellite in each such Subcontractor's plants for the purpose of observing the progress of such Work, subject to the right of Seller to accompany Buyer and Xxxxx’s Customer on any such visit to a Subcontractor’s plant. Seller will use reasonable efforts to obtain permission for such access to Subcontractor's facilities. Subject to compliance with Article 1, the Seller shall closely cooperate with the Buyer and Xxxxx’s Customer’s personnel and Consultants to provide them with the access to perform the monitoring on site.

COPIES OF THE EXHIBIT CONTAINING THE REDACTED PORTIONS HAVE BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION SUBJECT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT PURSUANT TO RULE 24B-2 UNDER THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT.
