Access to Xxxxxxx. (a) If an employee is to be disciplined and a meeting is held with the employee to administer such discipline, the employee shall be entitled to have a Xxxxxxx or Union staff representative present. (b) If an employee is requested to attend any investigative meeting which may result in discipline to him/herself, the employee may meet with a xxxxxxx prior to such meeting.
