Mobile Deposit The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.
Accessing the Website and Account Security We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website and any service or material we provide on the Website in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users. To access the Website or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Website and any resources downloaded from the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your user name, password or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Mobile Deposit Security You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will notify us immediately by telephone with written confirmation if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.
Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.
On-Site Service Under On-Site Service, a Service Provider will either repair or exchange the product at your location. You must provide a suitable working area to allow disassembly and reassembly of the product. Some repairs may need to be completed at a service center. If so, the Service Provider will send the product to the service center at its expense.
