In the event that the requested accommodation is deemed not reasonable or feasible by Summer Sessions, The Guardian will be contacted to discuss other accommodations that may be recommended. Live-in aide is defined as a person who resides with an elderly or handicapped person and who:
a) Is determined to be essential to the care and well being of the person;

c) Would not be living in the unit except to provide the necessary supporting services. For purposes of this lease, a live-in aide shall not be considered a household member and shall be subject to rules and requirements pertaining to guests. A live in aide also will not have residual family member rights to the unit.
