Common use of Account Cash Clause in Contracts

Account Cash. The balances of all cash and securities and other instruments held by Seller or by Manager or for the benefit of Seller or the Property and deposited, held or contained in any account, bank or vault and/or any reserve for the replacement of fixtures, furnishings and equipment, as well as any other reserves held by any lender on the Property, all of which are owned and to be retained by Seller or any Affiliate of Seller, but not including Cash on Hand.

Account Cash. The balances of all cash and securities and other instruments held by Seller or by Manager or for the benefit of Seller or the Property (including but not limited to any sums held in reserve by Seller’s lenders) and deposited, held held, or contained in any account, bank bank, or vault and/or any reserve vault, except for the replacement of fixtures, furnishings Cash-On-Hand and equipment, as well as any other reserves held by any lender on the Property, all of which are owned and to be retained by Seller or any Affiliate of Seller, but not including Cash on HandDeposits.
