ACCOUNT CHARGED. The Plan Administrator will charge a Participant's Account for all distributions made from that Account to the Participant, to his/her Beneficiary or to an alternate payee, including a disbursement payment for a Participant loan. The Plan Administrator, except as prohibited by the Code or ERISA, also will charge a Participant's Account for any reasonable administrative expenses incurred by the Plan directly related to that Account.
