Account Information and Management. To open an Account, You must maintain complete and accurate Profile Information and Payment Account (defined below) information (collectively your "Account Information"). “Profile Information” is the information that you supply to complete a profile, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business type (whether a Customer or a Vendor), information about the User, and hours or operation. Customers and Vendors may be required to submit different Profile Information. The person creating the Account on behalf of a User must designate an “Administrator” for the Account and represents that such person is authorized to create the Account on behalf of the User. Users are solely responsible for their Account Information. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any usernames at any time and for any reason. Account Information will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy [insert hyperlink to Privacy Policy]. You consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Account Information, User Content and means other data that we collect in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Platform, subject to our Privacy Policy.

  • Other Relevant Information This information shall always be in writing and shall address other relevant information as required by the contract or requested by the RFP. For example, in accordance with Section H, H106, Avoidance of Organizational Conflicts of Interest, identifying any situation in which the potential for a conflict of interest exists. If travel is specified in the TO PWS or statement of work, air fare and/or local mileage, per diem rates by total days, number of trips and number of contractor employees traveling shall be included in the cost proposal (see clause H047).
