Common use of Account Transaction Volume Limitations Clause in Contracts

Account Transaction Volume Limitations. We may limit the number of items deposited and the frequency of deposits and other transactions you can make each day to the account(s) you have with us. The date we use to determine the number of transactions is the date a transaction is posted to (actually credited to or debited from) an account, rather than the date you conducted the transaction. Should the transactions on an account with us exceed the limitations we establish, we may limit your transaction activity, require a service charge or terminate the account. You understand if we allow or honor a transaction that exceeds these restrictions (a nonconforming trans- action), we are not required to allow or honor any future transaction that exceeds these restrictions.
