Account Withdrawals. On or before each Payment Date, the Note Paying Agent will withdraw the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account and deposit them into the Distribution Account or pay them to the Depositor, as applicable, according to Section 8.3(e).
Account Withdrawals. Withdrawals from your Account will only be made in the following circumstances:
a. as and when you submit a proper request;
b. upon closure of your Account;
c. in the event your Account exceeds the Account Balance Limit for more than 72 hours;
d. in the event you enroll in the XxxxXxx.xxx self-exclusion program; or
e. in order to correct a payment processing error. Except as otherwise set out in this Player Agreement, withdrawals to third party accounts are not permitted and withdrawals from your Account will only be processed to an account that is held by you, either alone or jointly with one or more other persons, at a bank or other financial institution acceptable to BCLC in Canada. BCLC, in its sole discretion, may from time to time process withdrawals by other appropriate means.
Account Withdrawals. Withdrawals from your Account will only be made in the following circumstances:
(a) As and when you submit a proper request;
(b) Upon a closure or termination of your Account;
(c) In the event your Account exceeds the Account Balance Limit for more than 72 hours;
(d) In the event you enroll in the XxxxXxx.xxx self-exclusion program or other self-exclusion program as referenced in Section 2.01 of this Player Agreement; and
(e) In order to correct a payment processing error. Except as otherwise set out in this Player Agreement, withdrawals to third party accounts are not permitted and withdrawals from your Account will only be processed to an account that is held by you, either along or jointly with one or more persons, at a bank or other financial institution located in Canada and acceptable to MBLL. MBLL or its Authorized Suppliers, in its sole discretion, may from time to time process withdrawals by other appropriate means.
Account Withdrawals. Unless clearly indicated otherwise on the Account records, any of you, acting alone, who signs to open the Account or has authority to make withdrawals may withdraw or transfer all or any part of the Account balance at any time, subject to the terms herein. You may withdraw funds up to the amount of your available balance in your Account by using any of the following described herein. Before permitting a withdrawal or other transaction, we may request that you provide us with additional information or documentation that we deem necessary to confirm your identity or to prevent illegal activity. We may refuse the transaction if you do not comply with our request. If a withdrawal is made through an out-of-network ATM, we charge a fee of $2.50. Other third-party fees may also apply to out-of-network ATM transactions. Please see Section 9 for additional information on fees. You may not withdraw funds by check or remotely created check drawn on your Account. Withdrawals are subject to transfer limitations (frequency and dollar amount limits). Account Withdrawals. Withdrawals from your Account will only be made in the following circumstances:

Account Withdrawals. Note: It is your responsibility to ensure there is a sufficient available balance in your Account before making a withdrawal from your Account or before the next scheduled preauthorized debit from your Account. The available balance in your Account may be reduced at any time if the Security Deposit Account (as defined and governed by the terms in the Azpire Credit Card Agreement) tied to your Azpire Credit Card has less than, or drops below, $10,000.
Account Withdrawals. Prior to any payments or withdrawals from funds at any time on deposit in the Account for the purposes of the Use of Proceeds of the Advances in accordance with Section 1.1.3 hereof (the “Event Expenditures”), Borrowers shall satisfy each of the following conditions precedent and such right of the Account signatory to authorize withdrawal of funds from the Account shall be limited and shall be subject to the following conditions precedent:
Account Withdrawals. Subject to the proviso hereto and so long as no Default shall have occurred (whereupon the provisions of Section 9.04 shall apply), the Borrower shall be entitled to withdraw moneys from the DSRA Account only for the purpose of paying the Loan and interest falling due on the next Interest Payment Date provided that within the next two months immediately following such Interest Payment Date, the amount standing to the credit of the DSRA Account shall be not less than the applicable Required DSRA Balance at the time.
Account Withdrawals. 8.1 You may make withdrawals from your Account through the Platform or via phone (00000 000 000) or email (xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). You may make withdrawals to your Nominated Account only. The amount of money available for withdrawal will depend on the amount credited to the Hub Account(s) for your benefit and the notice period(s) applicable to particular Deposit Accounts.
8.2 Any withdrawals made will be subject to availability of funds in the Hub Account(s) to meet that withdrawal. As detailed in clause 12.4, you will need to maintain a small balance in the Hub Account(s) in order to meet applicable ongoing charges and this may also limit any funds available to you for withdrawal.
8.3 Any applicable Fees may be deducted before paying the proceeds of any amounts due to you into your Nominated Account.
8.4 We will normally process payments from the Hub Account(s) within 48 hours. Where your withdrawal amount relies on a withdrawal of funds from a Deposit Account, we will only process the withdrawals once the Hub Account(s) has received all of the relevant proceeds.
