Accounting Services. The Manager will provide all accounting services customarily required by investment companies, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, rules and regulations and with the policies and practices of the Fund as communicated to the Manager from time to time, including, but not limited to, the following:
(a) Maintain fund general ledger and journal;
(b) Prepare and record disbursements for direct Fund expenses;
(c) Prepare daily money transfer;
(d) Reconcile all Fund bank and custodian accounts;
(e) Assist Fund independent auditors as appropriate;
(f) Prepare daily projection of available cash balances;
(g) Record trading activity for purposes of determining net asset values and daily dividend;
(h) Prepare daily portfolio valuation report to value portfolio securities and determine daily accrued income;
(i) Determine the net asset value per share daily or at such other intervals as the Fund may reasonably request or as may be required by law;
(j) Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial statements;
(k) Provide financial information for reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission in compliance with the provisions of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933, the Internal Revenue Service and any other regulatory or governmental agencies as required;
(l) Provide financial, yield, net asset value, and similar information to National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., and other survey and statistical agencies as instructed from time to time by the Fund;
(m) Investigate, assist in the selection of and conduct relations with custodians, depositories, accountants, legal counsel, insurers, banks and persons in any other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable for the Fund's operations; and
(n) Obtain and keep in effect fidelity bonds and directors and officers/errors and omissions insurance policies for the Fund in accordance with the requirements of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the rules thereunder, as such bonds and policies are approved by the Fund's Board of Directors.
Accounting Services. INSURER shall perform miscellaneous accounting services as may be reasonably requested from time to time by AIM, which services shall relate to the business contemplated by the Participation Agreement between INSURER and the Fund, as amended from time to time. Such services shall include, without limitation, periodic reconciliation and balancing of INSURER's books and records with those of the Fund with respect to such matters as cash accounts, Portfolio share purchase and redemption orders placed with the Fund, dividend and distribution payments by the Fund, and such other accounting matters that may arise from time to time in connection with the operations of the Fund as related to the business contemplated by the Participation Agreement.
Accounting Services. Perform the following accounting services for each Fund:
(a) Allocate income and expense and calculate the net asset value per share (“NAV”) of each class of shares offered by each Portfolio and each Fund in accordance with, and in the manner and at the times specified in or required by, the relevant provisions of the applicable Prospectus of each Fund and applicable regulations under the 1940 Act and cooperate with Board of Directors or Board of Trustees of the Fund regarding the same.
(b) If so directed and subject to the Change Control Process, calculate daily net income of a Portfolio in the manner and at the time (or times) described in the applicable Prospectus and shall advise the Fund and such Fund’s transfer agent (the “Transfer Agent”) daily of the total amounts of such net income.
(c) Apply securities pricing information as required or authorized under the terms of the valuation policies and procedures of the Client (“Valuation Procedures”), including (A) pricing information from independent pricing services, with respect to securities for which market quotations are readily available, (B) if applicable to a particular Fund or Funds, fair value pricing information or adjustment factors from independent fair value pricing services or other vendors approved by the Client (collectively, “Fair Value Information Vendors”) with respect to securities for which market quotations are not readily available, for which a significant event has occurred following the close of the relevant market but prior to the Fund’s pricing time, or which are otherwise required to be made subject to a fair value determination under the Valuation Procedures, and (C) prices obtained from each Fund’s investment adviser or other designee, as approved by the Board. The Client instructs and authorizes Service Provider to provide information pertaining to the Funds’ investments to Fair Value Information Vendors in connection with the fair value determinations made under the Valuation Procedures and other legitimate purposes related to the services to be provided hereunder. Accounting Services. Company shall perform miscellaneous accounting services as may be reasonably requested from time to time by W&R, which services shall relate to the business contemplated by this Agreement, as amended from time to time. Such services shall include, without limitation, periodic reconciliation and balancing of Company’s books and records with those of Ivy Funds VIP with respect to such matters as cash accounts, Portfolio share purchase and redemption orders placed with Ivy Funds VIP, dividend and distribution payments by Ivy Funds VIP, and such other accounting matters that may arise from time to time in connection with the operations of Ivy Funds VIP as related to the business contemplated by this Agreement.
Accounting Services. (only applicable if agreed according to Box 9) The Managers shall:
(i) establish an accounting system which meets the requirements of the Owners and provide regular accounting services, supply regular reports and records,
(ii) maintain the records of all costs and expenditure incurred as well as data necessary or proper for the settlement of accounts between the parties.
Accounting Services. INSURER shall perform miscellaneous accounting services as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the FUND, which services shall relate to the business contemplated by the Participation Agreement between INSURER and the FUND, as amended from time to time. Such services shall include, without limitation, periodic reconciliation and balancing of INSURER’s books and records with those of the FUND with respect to such matters as cash accounts, Portfolio share purchase and redemption orders placed with the FUND, dividend and distribution payments by the FUND, and such other accounting matters that may arise from time to time in connection with the operations of the FUND as related to the business contemplated by the Participation Agreement.
Accounting Services. 3.1 State Street shall maintain the books of account and other financial records of each Fund in accordance with applicable law, including Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act and rules thereunder, other than records maintained by the Fund’s custodian (as agreed among the Fund, State Street and the custodian) and shall perform the following duties in the manner prescribed by the Constitutive Documents and further in accordance with such written procedures, including, but not limited to, the Service Level Agreement, as may be established between the Fund and State Street from time to time:
3.1.1 Record general ledger entries;
3.1.2 Calculate daily net income;
3.1.3 Reconcile activity to the trial balance;
3.1.4 Calculate and publish daily net asset value;
3.1.5 Prepare account balances; and
3.1.6 Provide such other accounting services as may be required to enable each Fund to maintain its books and records in compliance with applicable law and generally accepted accounting principles.
3.2 Each Fund shall provide timely prior written notice to State Street of any modification in the manner in which such calculations are to be performed. For purposes of calculating the net asset value of a Fund, State Street shall value the Fund’s portfolio securities utilizing prices obtained from Authorized Price Sources. State Street shall not be responsible for any revisions to the methods of calculation prescribed by the Constitutive Documents or the Fund unless and until such revisions are communicated in writing to State Street.
Accounting Services. In addition to the maintenance of the books and records specified above, Citi shall perform the following accounting services daily for each Fund:
(a) Allocate income and expense and calculate the net asset value per share (“NAV”) of each class of shares offered by each Fund in accordance with the relevant provisions of the applicable Prospectus of each Fund and applicable regulations under the 1940 Act.
(b) Apply securities pricing information as required or authorized under the terms of the valuation policies and procedures of the Client (“Valuation Procedures”), including (A) pricing information from independent pricing services, with respect to securities for which market quotations are readily available, (B) if applicable to a particular Fund or Funds, fair value pricing information or adjustment factors from independent fair value pricing services or other vendors approved by the Client (collectively, “Fair Value Information Vendors”) with respect to securities for which market quotations are not readily available, for which a significant event has occurred following the close of the relevant market but prior to the Fund’s pricing time, or which are otherwise required to be made subject to a fair value determination under the Valuation Procedures, and (C) prices obtained from each Fund’s investment adviser or other designee, as approved by the Board. Accounting Services. Subject to the direction and control of the Board of Trustees of the Trust (the “Board”), CFS shall perform all accounting services with respect to each Fund except those that are the specific responsibility of any other service provider hired by the Trust, all in such manner and to such extent as may be authorized by the Board.

(a) Allocate income and expense and calculate the net asset value per share (“NAV”) of each class of shares offered by each Fund in accordance with the relevant provisions of the applicable Prospectus of each Fund and applicable regulations under the 1940 Act.

(c) Coordinate the preparation of reports that are prepared or provided by Fair Value Information Vendors which help the Client to monitor and evaluate its use of fair value pricing information under its Valuation Procedures.
(d) Verify and reconcile with the Funds’ custodian all daily trade activity.
(e) Compute, as appropriate, each Fund’s net income and capital gains, dividend payables, dividend factors, 7-day yields, 7-day effective yields, 30-day yields, and weighted average portfolio maturity; (and other yields or standard or non-standard performance information as mutually agreed).
(f) Review daily the net asset value calculation and dividend factor (if any) for each Fund prior to release, check and confirm the net asset values and dividend factors for reasonableness and deviations, and distribute net asset values to National Securities Clearing Corporation via the portfolio composition file.
(g) Determine and report unrealized appreciation and depreciation on securities held by the Funds.
(h) Amortize premiums and accrete discounts on fixed income securities purchased at a price other than face value, in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles of the United States...
