Accounts Binding upon the Guarantor. Any account settled or stated in writing by or between the Agent and the Borrower shall be accepted by the Guarantor as conclusive evidence, absent manifest error, that the balance or amount thereby appearing due by the Borrower to the Agent or the Lenders is so due.
