Accounts Receivable; Billing. From the Commencement Date, the Medical Group acknowledges and agrees that all Accounts of the Medical Group or its Medical Personnel shall be the property of the Management Company hereunder and the Medical Group and the Medical Personnel hereby transfer and assign all of their right, title and interest to such Accounts to the Management Company; provided, however, that the right to payment of Medicaid and Medicare receivables shall remain with the Medical Group in accordance with applicable Federal law. The Medical Group's Medical Personnel shall be responsible for providing the appropriate current CPT4 coding with respect to the fee tickets prepared by such Medical Personnel.
