If there are two or more regular faculty with equal seniority, the allocation of available work will be made by a hiring committee as per Article 6.4.1.5. 9.2.2.2 Subject to paragraph 9.2.2.1 above, additional available temporary work in the same department will be offered, on the basis of seniority, to qualified temporary faculty who have received satisfactory teaching evaluations pursuant to Article 7.6, provided that, notwithstanding articles 9.4.3 and 9.4.4, the additional work will not result in the temporary faculty becoming eligible for regularization pursuant to Article 9.4.1. If there are two or more temporary faculty with equal seniority, the allocation of available work will be made by a hiring committee as per Article 6.

  • Responsibility Allowance (a) An Employee who is assigned additional responsibilities which contribute to the administration of program(s) and which comprise at least 25% of the Employee’s workload and regularly includes the supervision of and/or coordination of other Employees, shall be paid $2.00 per hour in addition to the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay.
