Common use of Accrued Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Accrued Sick Leave. Upon the termination of employment of an employee with the equivalent of more than ten (10) years' full-time service, a cash payment in lieu of accumulated sick leave will be given to a maximum of sixty (60) days. In the case of an employee's death, the cash payment will be made to the employee's estate.
