Common use of Accuracy of Documents, Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Documents, Representations and Warranties. The copies of all documents furnished to Buyer or its representatives by or on behalf of Parent, or its respective representatives, are true, correct and complete. No representation or warranty of Parent contained in this Agreement or any of the Operative Documents, delivered by or on behalf of Parent, or its respective representatives, pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or any other document or instrument executed by Parent in connection herewith or therewith, or any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, contains any untrue statement of a material fact, or omits to state any material fact required to be stated herein or therein in order to make the statements contained herein or therein not misleading.
