Common use of Accuracy of Submitted Information; Omissions Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Submitted Information; Omissions. As of the date furnished, all documents, certificates, information, materials and financial statements furnished or to be furnished to the Lender pursuant to the Agreement or otherwise in connection with a Loan or Letter of Credit (a) are true and correct in all material respects; (b) do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact; and (c) do not omit any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein or herein not, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, misleading; it being understood that projections are merely reasonable estimates of future events, and are subject to uncertainties and that actual results during the period covered by the projections may differ from the projected results.
