Acknowledgement and Understanding. The Host hereby acknowledges that he/she has completely read and fully understands the terms of this Agreement, and understands that The Host is giving up substantial rights, including the right to xxx. Performance of this Contract is contingent upon the ability of the VENUE to perform the obligations described in this Contract and is subject to acts of God, fire, windstorm, flood, explosion, collapse of structure, riot, war, delays or restrictions by governmental bodies, force majeure, or any cause beyond reasonable control of Owner or the CLIENT, which prevents either party from performing its obligations under the Contract. In the event any party shall bring legal action for the breach of or to enforce this Contract, the substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney’s fees, expenses and court costs, including those relating to any appeal. The provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Contract.
Acknowledgement and Understanding. Executive acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Company has a legitimate business interest in being protected form certain activities by Executive after leaving employment because Executive during employment will use and have access to proprietary information and materials belonging to and developed by he Company which, if disclosed to or used by any competitor, would damage the company. These activities are: (a) disclosure or use of such information and/or materials to any person or entity not authorized by the company; and (b) competition with the company.

Acknowledgement and Understanding. Students and parents fully acknowledge that success is largely dependent upon the work and effort put forth by the student. Students who are not successful in online course completion may fall off pace to graduate on time. This may result in the student having to pursue alternate means to make up credits toward graduation. By signing this agreement, and enrolling in an online learning course, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the expectations and policies set forth in this contract as stated.
Acknowledgement and Understanding. Except as we’ve outlined above, the provisions of your original offer letter will continue to be in effect. For instance, your employment with the Company will remain at-will, the Company’s policies and procedures will continue to apply pursuant to their terms, and your Confidential Information and Intellectual Property Agreement will remain in effect.
