Acknowledgement of Arbitration. Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, the Parties agree that arbitration is the sole and exclusive remedy for each of them to resolve and redress any dispute, claim or controversy involving the interpretation of this Agreement or the terms, conditions or termination of this Agreement or the terms, conditions or termination of Executive’s employment with the Group and with each Group Member, including any claims for any tort, breach of contract, violation of public policy or discrimination, whether such claim arises under federal or state law.
Acknowledgement of Arbitration. In accordance with 12 V.S.A., Section 5652(b), the Board and the Association understand that this Agreement contains an agreement to arbitrate. After signing this Agreement, the Board and the Association understand that they will not be able to bring a lawsuit concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by the arbitration agreement, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights. Instead, the parties agree to submit any such dispute to an impartial arbitrator in accordance with the provisions contained in this Article.

Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement or any other compensatory or any employee benefit plan, fund or program maintained by the Company, the Parties agree that arbitration is the sole and exclusive remedy for each of them to resolve (except as specifically provided in Section 4.09) and redress any dispute, claim or controversy involving the interpretation or application of this Agreement, the terms, conditions or termination of this Agreement and the terms, conditions or termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, including any claims for any tort, breach of contract, violation of public policy or discrimination, whether such claim arises under federal, state law or local law.
Acknowledgement of Arbitration. The parties understand that this Agreement contains a provision for possible binding arbitration as a final step for a particular grievance. After the effective date of this Agreement, a grievance which the parties agreed to submit to binding arbitration may not also be brought to the Vermont Labor Relations Board. An employee who has declined representation by the employee organization or whom the employee organization has declined to represent or is unable to represent, shall be entitled, either by representing himself or herself or with the assistance of independent legal counsel, to appeal his or her grievance to the Vermont Labor Relations Board as the final step of the grievance process in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the Board.
Acknowledgement of Arbitration. I understand that this Agreement between The Vermont Arts Council and «Applicant» contains an agreement to arbitrate. After signing this document, it is understood that neither party will be able to bring a lawsuit concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by the arbitration agreement, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights. Instead, we agree to submit any such dispute to an impartial arbitrator.
Acknowledgement of Arbitration. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge the arbitration provision of this Agreement, and acknowledge that no lawsuit may be brought by either party concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by the arbitration provision, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights, and that such dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provision as set forth in Paragraph 9.
Acknowledgement of Arbitration. IN ACCORDANCE WITH 12 V.S.A. SECTION 5652 (b), THE BOARD AND THE ASSOCIATION UNDERSTAND THAT THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE. AFTER SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, THE BOARD AND THE ASSOCIATION UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BRING A LAWSUIT CONCERNING ANY DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE WHICH IS COVERED BY THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, UNLESS IT INVOLVES A QUESTION OF CONSTITUTIONAL OR CIVIL RIGHTS. INSTEAD, THE PARTIES AGREE TO SUBMIT ANY SUCH DISPUTE TO AN IMPARTIAL ARBITRATOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS ARTICLE

After signing this document, I understand that I will not be able to bring a lawsuit concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by this arbitration agreement, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights. AFTER SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, BOTH PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BRING A LAWSUIT CONCERNING ANY DISPUTE THAT MAY ARISE WHICH IS COVERED BY THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, UNLESS IT INVOLVES A QUESTION OF CONSTITUTIONAL OR CIVIL RIGHTS LAW. INSTEAD, BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO SUBMIT ANY SUCH DISPUTE TO AN IMPARTIAL ARBITRATOR. ANY SUCH DISPUTE SHALL BE FILED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, WITH ANY DISPUTE FROM DIFFERENT PARTICIPANTS TO BE HEARD IN DIFFERENT PROCEEDINGS.
