Acknowledgment of Agreement. This Amendment shall constitute an amendment to the Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof. The Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, shall continue in full force and effect. From and after the date hereof, references to the Agreement shall be deemed to be references to the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
Acknowledgment of Agreement. The parties have read this Agreement, have given it serious thought and consideration, and understand its contents. The parties agree that this Agreement is fair, just, and equitable under the circumstances, and it has been made in aid of an orderly and just determination of the property settlement in this matter satisfactory to both parties. Acknowledgment of Agreement. The Parties represent and warrant that they fully and completely understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and, with this full and complete understanding, voluntarily enter into this Agreement as evidenced by signing and executing it below. In both the Initial Class B Offering and the Subsequent Class B Offering, any purchaser of Class B Shares shall be required in connection with such purchase to acknowledge in writing this Agreement so that this Agreement will be treated as a "Qualifying Agreement" for purposes of the Company's Certificate of Incorporation.

Acknowledgment of Agreement. 38. The Employee and Society acknowledge that they have read and understood all the terms of this Agreement and that they execute this Agreement voluntarily and of their own free will.
