Common use of Acknowledgment of Future Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Future Occupancy. Licensee agrees and acknowledges that upon the Effective Date, the Authorized Location is not prepared for occupancy. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the consideration paid hereunder is for, in part, site development and construction services, expenses, fees and costs incurred by AmericaTowne in building the Authorized Location exclusively for the benefit of Licensee, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Parties agree as follows with respect to the development and construction of the Authorized Location:
