Common use of Acknowledgment of Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Security Interest. The Seller hereby acknowledges, and agrees to, the Buyer’s grant of its interest herein to the lenders under the Senior Credit Agreement and the Second Lien Credit Agreement to collaterally secure the Buyer’s obligations under such Senior Credit Agreement and Second Lien Credit Agreement.
