Acquainting New Employees. (a) New employees shall be advised of the name of the employee's xxxxxxx and/or Local 79 representative and provided with an introduction within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
22.01 (b) The xxxxxxx or a Local 79 Representative, as the case may be, shall be allowed fifteen (15) minutes to meet with the new employee at times mutually acceptable to the xxxxxxx or Local 79 Representative, as the case may be, and the employee’s immediate supervisor.
Acquainting New Employees. The Employer agrees to acquaint prospective applicants for employment with the fact that a Union agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. New employees shall be advised of the name of the employee's Xxxxxxx or Union representative by their Supervisor.
Acquainting New Employees. The Corporation will inform new employees of their Union membership obligations. The Corporation will provide Union membership cards and dues deduction forms to new employees for their completion and signing at the time of employee documentation. The Corporation will forward the executed documents to the Union as soon as possible, but in any event, within fifteen (15) calendar days of the employee's date of hire. Such forms will be provided to the Corporation by the Union. The Corporation will provide the employee with a list of Job Stewards.

The Employer agrees that the shop xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity to meet with each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, during the first month of employment, for the purpose of acquainting new employees with the benefits and duties of Union membership.

The Employer will provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new employee covered by the Agreement. The Employer shall notify the Union Xxxxxxx when a new employee has been hired.

Acquainting New Employees. 7.01 The Employer will acquaint new employees with the fact that the Union is the bargaining agent, and that there is a Collective Agreement in effect. The Employer will supply a new employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement at the time of hire.

(a) The Board agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that an Agreement between the parties is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union security and deductions of Union dues and shall make available to each new member an electronic copy of this Agreement, or upon request a hard copy.
(b) The Board shall provide a pre-employment orientation session for all new employees at no cost to the Board. A representative of the Union shall be provided with up to thirty (30) minutes during the orientation session for the purpose of acquainting new employees with their rights, obligations, and benefits under the terms and conditions of the collective agreement.

The Employer agrees that at the time of hire, new employees should be acquainted with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment as set out therein. A new employee shall be advised of the name and location of their xxxxxxx and will be introduced to them. The Employer will provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. The Xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to orient each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay or benefits, for up to fifteen (15) minutes. The Xxxxxxx will be provided the name and phone number of the new employee hired.
