Common use of Acting Pay Clause in Contracts

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When a) Where an employee is required required, in writing, by the Employer to substantially perform the majority of the duties of a higher position within the bargaining unit classification on an acting basis for a period of at least three ten (310) or more consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced of appointment to act the higher classification level as if he/she had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. (a) When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period the number of at least three (3) consecutive working daysdays set forth in subclause 44.06(c), he/he or she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/he or she commenced to act as if he/he or she had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in during which he/he or she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period the required number of at least three (3) consecutive working days, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she he commenced to act as if he/she he had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she he acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. a) When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on classification level in an acting basis capacity and performs those duties for a period of at least three six (36) consecutive working days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she the employee commenced to act as if he/she the employee had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. (a) When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period the number of at least three (3) consecutive working daysdays indicated in (i) or (ii), he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she the employee commenced to act as if he/she the employee had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. (a)* When an employee is required by the Employer Corporation to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period of at least three two (32) consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she acts, such . The pay to increment date for an employee in receipt of acting pay shall be determined in accordance with clause 25.11the increment date of the employee’s substantive position.

Acting Pay. (a) When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a position having a higher position on an acting basis maximum rate of pay than the one held by him for a period of at least three one (31) consecutive complete working daysday, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she he commenced to act act, as if he/she he had been promoted to that higher paid position for the period in which he/she he acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When (a) If an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis employed for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working dayshours on duties which have a higher classification than the classification to which he has been appointed, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated for the higher classification from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for beginning of the period in during which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11he assumed the higher duties.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on classification level in an acting basis capacity and performs those duties for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysone complete day or shift, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/he or she commenced to act as if he/he or she had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/he or she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee Employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on rated classification level in an acting basis capacity, for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysone day, he/she or one shift, and performs those duties, the Employee shall be paid acting pay Acting Pay calculated from the date on which he/, or she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11act.

Acting Pay. a. When an employee is required appointed in writing by the Employer to substantially temporarily perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysclassification in the Bargaining Unit, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had has been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for that period from the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11first (1st) day.

Acting Pay. When (a) If an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis employed for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working dayshours on duties that have a higher classification than the classification to which he or she has been appointed, he/he or she shall be paid acting pay calculated for the higher classification from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for beginning of the period in during which he/he or she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11assumed the higher duties.

Acting Pay. When (a) Where an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysbasis, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date first (1st) consecutive working day on which he/she he commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position act. The employee will receive acting pay at a rate of fifteen percent (15%) over his regular rate up to, but not exceeding the maximum level of pay approved for the period position in which he/she actshe is acting. Acting pay must be authorized by the Employer, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11writing and in advance.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer in writing to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysbasis, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she he commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she actsact, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11at a rate of ten percent (10%) over his current classification level.

Acting Pay. (a) When an employee is required by the Employer to perform substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three ten (310) consecutive working days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she the employee commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11clauses 38.09 and 38.10.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working days, heshe/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she she/ he had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.
