Common use of Acting Pay Clause in Contracts

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period the required number of at least three (3) consecutive working days, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she he commenced to act as if he/she he had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she he acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she he commenced to act as if he/she he had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she he acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position job evaluation level on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysbasis, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted appointed to that higher position job evaluation level for the period in which he/she acts, such pay . The Employer shall provide the Employee with a written request to be determined assume acting duties in accordance with clause 25.11advance of the Employee performing those duties.

Acting Pay. When (a) Where an employee is required by designated to perform for a temporary period of three (3) or more consecutive work days, the Employer to substantially perform the principal duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysposition, he/she shall be paid receive payment of acting pay calculated from pay, including the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.three

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher bargaining unit job evaluation position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysbasis, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted appointed to that higher position job evaluation level for the period in which he/she acts, such pay . The Employer shall provide the Employee with a written request to be determined assume acting duties in accordance with clause 25.11advance of the Employee performing those duties.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three one (31) consecutive full shift or working daysday, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she he commenced to act as if he/she the employee had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11clauses 22.10 and 22.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on classification level in an acting basis capacity and performs those duties for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysone complete day or shift, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/he or she commenced to act as if he/he or she had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/he or she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to perform substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysbasis, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she the employee commenced to act for the period in which the employee acts as if he/she had been promoted appointed to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11classification level.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to perform substantially perform all of the duties of a higher position on classification level in an acting basis capacity for a period of at least three five (35) or more consecutive working business days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she the employee commenced to act as if he/she the employee had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in �n which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on classification level in an acting basis capacity and performs those duties for a period of at least three six (36) consecutive working days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she the employee commenced to act as if he/she the employee had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. (a) When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position classification level on an acting basis for a period the number of at least three (3) consecutive working daysdays indicated in (i) or (ii), he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she the employee commenced to act as if he/she the employee had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she the employee acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive one full shift or working daysday, he/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she he commenced to act as if he/she he had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she he acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11clauses 22.10 and 22.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher rated position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working daysbasis, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted appointed to that higher position level for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three not less than one (31) consecutive working days, he/she or he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position receive additional compensation for the period of such assignment as follows: ten (10) percent of her or his regular salary or the minimum salary in which he/she actsthe salary range for the higher position, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11whichever is greater.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer Corporation to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on classification level in an acting basis capacity and performs those duties for a period of at least three five (35) consecutive working days, he/she the employee shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted appointed to that higher position classification level for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.

Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working days, heshe/she he shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she she/ he had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.
