Acting Pay. When an employee is required by the Employer to substantially perform the duties of a higher position on an acting basis for a period of at least three (3) consecutive working days, he/she shall be paid acting pay calculated from the date on which he/she commenced to act as if he/she had been promoted to that higher position for the period in which he/she acts, such pay to be determined in accordance with clause 25.11.
