Actions to Satisfy Conditions. Each Party agrees to take all such actions as are within its power to control, and to use all commercially reasonable efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to be able to comply with any conditions set forth in Article 4 which are for the benefit of any other Party.
