Activate Your Card. You have purchased the Boss Revolution Prepaid Visa Card. It can be used within two (2) hours after your first load in the amount of $20.00 to $500.00 is completed. A Personal Identification Number (‘PIN”) is not required to use your Card Account. If you do not wish to use a PIN, you will select or enter “credit” at the point of sale when asked “credit” or “debit”. If you choose to select or enter “debit” at the point of sale you will need to obtain a PIN. Your Card Account has been assigned a PIN for which you will need to call the Customer Service number at 0-000-000-0000 to obtain the PIN. You should not write or keep your PIN with your Card. Never share your PIN with anyone. When entering your PIN, be sure it cannot be observed by others and do not enter your PIN into any terminal that appears to be modified or suspicious. If you permit another person to have access to your Card or Card number, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons.
