Common use of Active Duty Clause in Contracts

Active Duty. An employee who is a member of any United States Military Reserve or National Guard unit and is called to active duty shall receive the difference between the employee's regular wages and the compensation from the military unit for up to one hundred seventy six (176) hours per year. The City shall continue medical benefits for any of the employee's dependents for six (6) months.
