Acts by those governed. No association of employees, no person acting in the interest of such an association or in the interest of a group of employees, and no employer may act in such a way as to contravene this collective agreement or any law or regulation governing the construction industry. Accordingly, no provision of this collective agreement may be interpreted as allowing any forbidden practice or the breaching of any law or regulation.
