Ad Hoc Committee. Matters which cannot be negotiated to finality without additional research and study may be referred to ad hoc committees of the negotiating teams appointed jointly by the two (2) teams. These committees shall report to the negotiating teams in time for the next scheduled negotiating session.

Ad Hoc Committee. CCCs shall have an ad hoc Pro- fessional Problems Committee which shall be meet on an as needed basis, at the call of either the Union or the BOARD to discuss issues of mutual concern and inter- est, including recommendations from CCCs on how to improve the work of the CCCs.
Ad Hoc Committee. Nothing in this Article shall be deemed to curb the absolute right of the Superintendent and/or the Board to appoint and meet with ad hoc committees made up of individual teachers for the purpose of discussing such administrative matters as the Superintendent and/or the Board may desire. The Company shall provide all PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) as recommended by Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Employees shall use MSDS-compliant gloves, face masks and/or goggles (provided by the Employer) when required by the assigned work task. In addition, the Employer shall provide training to employees on the use, mixing and storage of cleaning chemicals. No employee shall be required to perform any work under dangerous conditions, and a failure to perform work under such circumstances, shall not be considered a cause for discharge or discipline. ii. The Company shall furnish cleaning supplies in sufficient quantity and maintain all equipment in such state of repair as is required to perform the work assigned. iii. The Employer shall make every effort to use only green, sustainable cleaning products where possible. (b) The terms and provisions of this Ad Hoc Committee section shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions Article 23 of this contract. (c) Only properties that are 250,000 square feet or larger in size are subject to this Ad Hoc Committee section.

The purpose of such meetings shall be to approve or disapprove the Data Package and make a recommendation to the Joint Executive Committee concerning the designation of the related Program Compound or Program Biotherapeutic as a Drug Development Candidate. If the Ad Hoc Committee believes that the Data Package is (a) complete, it shall make a recommendation to the Joint Executive Committee concerning whether or not such [**] or [**] should be designated as a Drug Development Candidate; or (b) insufficient to make a determination whether to designate such [**] or [**] as a Drug Development Candidate, it shall promptly notify the Joint Research Committee and specifically identify any additional data, Confidential Materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
