ADA – Reasonable Accommodation Modifications. The superintendent may initiate an involuntary transfer in order to provide a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Before making the involuntary transfer, volunteers will be solicited by a posting. If an involuntary transfer must be made, seniority in the system shall be given preference. If all other factors are equal, the employee having the least seniority will be transferred first.
