Addition of an L/C Issuer. A Revolving Credit Lender may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. (i) A Dollar Revolving Credit Lender may become an additional Dollar L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Dollar Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Dollar Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional Dollar L/C Issuer.
(ii) An Alternative Currency Revolving Credit Lender may become an additional Alternative Currency L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Alternative Currency Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Alternative Currency Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional Alternative Currency L/C Issuer.
(iii) On the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December (and on such other dates as the Administrative Agent may request), each L/C Issuer shall provide the Administrative Agent a list of all Letters of Credit issued by it that are outstanding at such time together with such other information as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. A Tranche A Revolving Credit Lender may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and such Tranche A Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Tranche A Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. A U.S. Revolving Credit Lender reasonably acceptable to the Parent Borrower and the Administrative Agent may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Parent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such U.S. Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the U.S. Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. (i) A Revolving Credit Lender may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Parent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
(ii) On the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December (and on such other dates as the Administrative Agent may request), each L/C Issuer shall provide the Administrative Agent a list of all Letters of Credit issued by it that are outstanding at such time together with such other information as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request.

A Lender (or any of its Subsidiaries or affiliates) may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. (i) A Dollar Revolving Credit Lender may become an additional Dollar L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Dollar Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Dollar Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional Dollar L/C Issuer.
(ii) An Alternative Currency Revolving Credit Lender may become an additional Alternative Currency L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Alternative Currency Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Alternative Currency Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional Alternative Currency L/C Issuer.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. A Legacy Lender (or any of its Subsidiaries or affiliates) may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and such Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Legacy Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. A Working Capital RC Lender may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Working Capital RC Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Working Capital RC Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
Addition of an L/C Issuer. A consenting Bank reasonably acceptable to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Bank. The Administrative Agent shall notify Banks of any such additional L/C Issuer.
