Addition of Exhibit. EXHIBIT C. The Parties acknowledge and agree that a new Exhibit C shall be added to the Agreement relating to conducting additional building envelope consulting and inspection services and construction administrative support and inspection services.
Addition of Exhibit. EXHIBIT L. The Parties acknowledge and agree that a new Exhibit J shall be added to the Agreement relating to conducting geotechnical consulting and construction monitoring services for the new civic campus redevelopment project
Addition of Exhibit. A to the Holder Note. The Holder Note is hereby amended by attaching thereto a new Exhibit A, the form of which is attached to this Amendment as Annex I.

Addition of Exhibit. The Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Exhibit F in the form of Exhibit A to this Amendment.
Addition of Exhibit. I to the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Amendment Date, a new Exhibit I is hereby added to the Credit Agreement and shall read in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit I hereto.

All references to Exhibit A1 in the Program Exhibit shall be deemed to refer to Exhibit I as of the Second Amendment Effective Date.

Exhibit K (“Service Covenants effective on the Second Amendment Effective Date”) to the Program Exhibit, included as Schedule 4 to this Second Amendment, is hereby added to the Program Exhibit. All references to Exhibit C in the Program Exhibit shall be deemed to refer to Exhibit K as of the Second Amendment Effective Date.
