Common use of Additional Alliance participants Clause in Contracts

Additional Alliance participants. (a) The Alliance Members may, from time to time, by unanimous decision of the National Research Management Committee, decide to admit another party to the Alliance (New Party). (b) Before admission to the Alliance, the New Party must sign a deed, substantially in the form of the Deed of Accession template attached at Schedule 7, to confirm and agree to be bound by the provisions of this agreement, as if the New Party was a signatory to this Agreement. (c) If required at the time, the parties to this Agreement will agree in writing on any amendments to this Agreement necessary or desirable to give effect to the admission of the New Party.
