Additional Bonuses. ARC may from time to time, in its absolute discretion, establish additional bonus programs for Executive.
Additional Bonuses. In the sole discretion of the Board, the Executive may receive additional bonuses for extraordinary performance.
Additional Bonuses. (i) For purposes of the period between the Commencement Date and October 31, 2000, the Company shall pay to the Executive a bonus (the "Initial Bonus"), the amount of which shall be determined by the Board based upon stock performance criteria, but which shall not be less than $75,000. The Initial Bonus shall be payable on October 31, 2000.
(ii) The Company shall pay to the Executive additional bonuses (the "Special Bonuses"), payable as and when payments on the Loans (as described in Section 4.6), if any, are due and payable by the Executive to the Company, in amounts such that after payment by the Executive of all federal, state and or local taxes imposed upon the Special Bonus, the Executive retains an amount sufficient to repay that portion (both principal and interest) of the Loans advanced by the Company to the Executive pursuant to Subsection 3(a) hereof that is then due and payable by the Executive. The Company may offset and apply the amount of the Special Bonus against the amounts (both principal and interest) then due and payable on the Loans.
(iii) In the event that the Executive's employment with the Company is terminated for any reason other than by the Executive without Good Reason pursuant to Section 5.5(b) hereof, the Company shall pay to the Executive an additional bonus (the "Additional Special Bonus"), payable within thirty (30) days of the date of the termination of the Executive's employment, in an amount such that after payment by the Executive of all federal, state and/or local taxes imposed upon the Additional Special Bonus, the Executive retains an amount sufficient to repay that portion (both principal and interest) of the Loans advanced by the Company to the Executive pursuant to Subsection 3(a) hereof that is due and payable by the Executive at that time. The Company can offset and apply the amount of the Additional Special Bonus against the amounts of the principal and interest then due and payable
Additional Bonuses. Nothing herein shall imply any limitation on the ability of the Company to authorize any additional bonus(es) which in their discretion they deem reasonable.
Additional Bonuses. The Executive shall also receive such additional bonuses, stock options, restricted stock and other equity awards agreed to by the parties and as awarded by the Board or its Compensation Committee including awards under the Incentive Plan. To the extent such bonuses or awards are set forth in a separate written bonus or award agreement, such agreement shall govern in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this Agreement and such bonus or award agreement.
Additional Bonuses. Nothing herein shall imply any limitation on the authority of the Board of Directors to authorize any additional bonus(es) which in their discretion they deem reasonable.
Additional Bonuses. 1. Any above-average language skills required by the employer will be taken into account as a factor increasing the salary.
2. A bonus for working conditions shall be paid for exceptionally heavy or dirty con- ditions. A bonus for work conditions shall also be paid for otherwise difficult con- ditions. Such work may include, e.g.: − work in an outdoor or unheated warehouse during winter, − work in a warehouse for fresh goods, − handling of hazardous materials, or − moving large quantities of goods manually. A bonus for work conditions shall be paid if the warehouse worker’s work departs from average warehouse work conditions and is performed in the conditions de- scribed above. The bonus for work conditions amounts to 7–11% of the table- specified salary for each working hour entitling the worker to the bonus.
3. The payment and amount of the bonus for working conditions shall be agreed in more detail locally between the employer and shop xxxxxxx or, in his or her place, the head shop xxxxxxx in conformance with Section 47 of the collective labour agreement.
4. For working hours in a refrigerated warehouse, a bonus for refrigerated ware- house work in the amount of 20% of the personal salary shall be paid for each hour entitling the employee to the bonus. For an employee working primarily in a refrigerated warehouse, the bonus shall be paid for all hours.
5. In addition to salary paid for urgent work, an additional two hours’ salary shall be paid.
Additional Bonuses. In addition to the bonus compensation provided for in Section 4(c), Executive shall be entitled to any additional bonuses as may be approved by the requisite number of independent members of the Board.
Additional Bonuses. In addition to the Quarterly Bonuses, the Employee shall be entitled to receive such additional bonuses as the Board of Directors shall award from time to time, based on the profitability of the Company.
Additional Bonuses. While Employee shall not be entitled to receive any other bonuses from the Company; provided, however, that the Company may award Employee additional bonuses as it determines are appropriate in its sole discretion (the “Additional Bonuses”).
