Additional E911 Limitations - Enhanced Voice Service (Teleworking Users). Comcast Equipment available for use with Enhanced Voice Service is intended for primary use at Customer’s registered Service Location. However, such equipment may operate from any location where Customer or Customer’s authorized end user is able to access a broadband connection. In order for 911/E911 calls to be properly directed to emergency services from such Comcast Equipment, Customer must update the Service Location as instructed in Article 18.2, above.
