Additional Enhanced Benefit Option. Any Participant who elects to do so may make an additional contribution of two and one half percent (2.50%) of wages to the pension plan (for a total additional contribution of five percent (5%) of wages), for the purpose of purchasing an additional enhanced retirement benefit in accordance with Section 9.02(B) hereof.

  • Defined Benefit Pension Plan 1. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to the continuation of the existing Northern California Glaziers, Architectural Metal and Glass Workers Pension Trust Agreement ("Defined Benefit Pension Trust").

  • Extended Benefits If you are disabled on the date your healthcare coverage ends, your benefits will be temporarily extended for any continuous loss, which commenced while your coverage was in force. The services provided under this benefit are subject to all terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions listed in this agreement, and the care you receive must relate to or arise out of the disability you had on the day your healthcare coverage ended. Extended benefits apply only to the subscriber who is disabled. If you want to receive coverage for continued care when your coverage ends, you must provide us with proof that you are disabled. We will make a determination whether your condition constitutes a disability and you will have the right to appeal our determination or to take legal action. The extension of benefits will end upon the earliest of the following events: • the continuous disability ends; or • twelve (12) months from the termination date; or • payment of the benefit limits under this plan.

  • Post-Retirement Benefits The present value of the expected cost of post-retirement medical and insurance benefits payable by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to its employees and former employees, as estimated by the Borrower in accordance with procedures and assumptions deemed reasonable by the Required Lenders is zero.

  • Benefit Options Employees must elect a plan administrator and primary care clinic. Those elections will determine the Benefit Level through Advantage. Enrolled dependents must elect a primary care clinic that is available through the plan administrator chosen by the employee.

  • Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.

  • Survivor Benefits 1. A surviving dependent of a retiree who was eligible to receive a Retiree Medical Grant, as stated above in A through C, and who qualifies for a monthly allowance shall be eligible for fifty (50) percent of the Grant authorized for the retiree.

  • Annuity Plan Teachers will be eligible to participate in a "tax sheltered " Annuity Plan established pursuant to United States Public Law No. 87-370. Annuity deductions shall be made on a semi-monthly basis.

  • Basic Plan All services are subject to an annual deductible of $50 per person and $100 per family. Preventive services are covered at 100%. After paying the deductible, the plan provides usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) coverage at 100% for diagnostic and restorative services, and 80% for major services.   • Deferred Compensation Program ‌ Unit members shall continue to be eligible to join the County’s Deferred Compensation Plan. Said employees will be bound by the same Plan, rules and participation agreements as are generally applicable to other County employees. DSA acknowledges that County retains the right to alter, amend, or repeal the current plan, rules, and participation agreements, at any time. The County shall not charge an administrative fee to participating employees.
