Additional Functionality. Microsoft may provide additional functionality for the software. Other license terms and fees may apply.

This Professional Services Schedule applies to all Professional Services provided by ChristianSteven pursuant to a Statement of Work or other document. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this Schedule, the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement will govern unless otherwise expressly overridden by a provision contained in this Schedule. Capitalized terms used in this Schedule have the meaning assigned in the Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.
Additional Functionality. To the extent that Customer places an Order which requests the use of and access to Additional Functionality, the provision of such Additional Functionality (and Customer’s access to and use of the same) shall be governed by the terms set out in Schedule 1 to this PSA.
Additional Functionality. (a) Phase II. Between [***], the Parties shall integrate into the Mirror Company Site and Spoken-Word Audio Sub-Section such additional ACSI Site Functionality (including, without limitation, search functionality) as the Parties may agree upon.

In addition, Licensee acknowledges that if such capability is disabled or otherwise unavailable, Licensee may lose the ability to use other features and functionality of the Software.
